Welcome to Capital Plot. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Capital Plot website and the Capital Plot AI agent offered through it. By giving a budget or style notes, connecting a mailbox, giving the software an instruction or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms. Company: Capital Plot. 2. Nature of Services

Capital Plot is an AI agent for online shopping. You give it a financial budget and context on your style, and it builds a custom cart. After you order, the software reads the order emails already arriving in a mailbox the subscriber connects and tracks what is coming. On a plain language instruction from the subscriber it writes to the store to swap a size, fix an address, chase a late parcel or start a return, and it follows the thread until the store answers. Capital Plot does not sign in to retailer accounts, does not act as a legal agent or representative, does not provide legal advice, and has no control over whether a retailer grants a return, an exchange or a refund.

3. Accounts, Eligibility and Mailbox Authorisation

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You authorise Capital Plot to read order related messages in the mailbox you connect and to send messages from it on the instructions you give. You may withdraw that authorisation at any time and the connection ends immediately. Capital Plot never asks for, receives or stores a login to a retailer account. If anything presenting itself as Capital Plot asks you for one, it is not us. You are responsible for the instructions you give the software and for the correspondence sent under them. Every thread the software sent or received stays visible to you, and approvals can be switched on so nothing goes out unseen.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

The plans offered are Free at $0, Handled at $15 a month or $139 a year, and Unlimited at $27 a month or $259 a year. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. We do not prorate. A refund is at our discretion and is considered where a subscriber contacts support@capitalplot.com within 14 days of a charge and has not made substantial use of the paid features in that period. A free plan does not require a card and does not convert to a paid plan on its own.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Disrupt or interfere with platform performance.
Misuse AI-generated content for fraudulent purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not instruct the software to make a claim you know to be false to a retailer. Do not use the software to send abusive, threatening or harassing correspondence. Do not connect a mailbox you are not authorised to access. Do not use the software to pursue a chargeback, a legal claim or a regulatory complaint. It writes email and nothing else. Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the software or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property and Licence to Use the Software

The software, the website, and everything in them, including the interface, the text, the graphics and the underlying code, are owned by Capital Plot or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Subject to these Terms and to payment of any fee due, you are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense or create derivative works from it. Content you upload or supply remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.

7. Scope of Service Disclaimer

Capital Plot writes and sends email. Whether a retailer accepts a return, approves an exchange or issues a refund is entirely the retailer's decision, governed by that retailer's own published policy. Capital Plot does not guarantee any refund, any exchange, any credit or any other outcome, and no statement on this site or in the software should be read as such a guarantee. Where the software reports a store's return window or change policy, it is reporting what that store publishes and not making a promise on the store's behalf. Capital Plot is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent subscribers in any dispute, chargeback or proceeding. Capital Plot reads the subscriber's mailbox only with the subscriber's authorisation and never requests or stores a retailer account login.

8. SMS Messaging - Account Notifications

Program description: Capital Plot sends recurring automated account notification texts about your account and your service to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Retailers, Mail Providers and Third Party Services

Capital Plot sends and receives email through the mail provider you connect and corresponds with retailers on your behalf. We do not control those providers or those retailers. A retailer may decline a request, apply a policy differently than published, change a return window, respond slowly, or not respond at all. A mail provider may delay, filter or reject a message. Capital Plot is not liable for a retailer's decision, a retailer's policy, or a delivery failure at a provider we do not operate.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Plot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every result it produces will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Plot and its officers, directors and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law permits.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Capital Plot maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and, where the change is material, tell subscribers by email or by a notice in the software. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
