No. It reads the order emails already in the mailbox you connect. If anything asking for a store login claims to be us, it is not.

Will connecting my inbox open everything in it?

Capital Plot processes order related messages only. Other mail is not surfaced, not used to write the store, and not retained.

Does it guarantee a refund or an exchange?

No. The store decides. Where we show a return window, it is what that store publishes, not a promise on their behalf.

Is Capital Plot a law firm?

No. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We write email. We do not handle chargebacks or disputes.

How do billing and cancellation work?

Paid plans renew until you cancel from account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access runs to the end of the period already paid. A refund is at our discretion if you write support@capitalplot.com within 14 days and have not made substantial use of paid features.
